Ingredients
- 4 Miller Poultry boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- ½ teaspoon finely minced fresh garlic
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- ¼ cup butter or butter substitute melted
Cook Time: 30min
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Combine cheese, basil, garlic and oregano in pie pan or shallow bowl. Place melted butter in another pie pan or shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter, coat with cheese mixture.
- Place chicken into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 17-22 minutes or until chicken in no longer pink.

- When purchasing larger quantities, what you do not use within two days, portion and freeze quickly for a later date.

- Use any chicken within two days of purchase.
- When preparing
- Use a paper towel to pat dry any chicken. Do not wash in the sink as it will spread bacteria to your sink.
- Use dedicated meat and poultry cutting surfaces and utensils to avoid cross contamination
- Wash all surfaces after handling raw chicken but before handling cooked to avoid contamination
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit for boneless items and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for bone-in items.
